Bio

Sara Spanu is Researcher at the Department of History, Humanities and Educational Sciences, University of Sassari. Her main research topics are related to urban sustainability and social practices in public spaces. She also investigates the crime trends in Sardinia within OSCRIM (Social Observatory on Development and Crime in Sardinia) of the University of Sassari. She is secretary and member of the scientific committee of AIS Territory Section and she is part of the ESA Network of Urban Sociologists and of the Spanish Federation of Sociology (FES). She took part to several national and international working and research groups.
