The International Conference Open Schools for a Diverse Society is organized within the frame of the Erasmus+ Project KA2 (2018-2020), “Parental Involvement of Foreign Families in Schools”.

The International Conference aims at:

  1. debating about school involvement of disadvantaged families, social challenges and the empowerment of migrant families (Plenary Session 1);
  2. presenting results from the first phase of the Erasmus+ project, collected in a book concerning how migrant families are involved in their children education in each national and local context (Plenary Session 2);
  3. sharing ideas and experiences on educational practices and success stories in foreign families’ school involvement (Parallel sessions).
