Associate Professor of Sociology of Law, Deviance and Social Change. She teaches Sociology of law and deviance. She is in the teaching Staff of the Doctorate in Social Sciences and Director of the Masters programme in Critical Criminology and Social Security. Scientific coordinator of various European and national research projects on the subject of Prison and Alternatives to punishment. She is on the Governing Council of the National Conference of Rectors' Delegates for University Penitentiary Centers (CNUPP). She is on the editorial board of the Journals Studi sulla questione criminale; Antigone.
